The American Sprint Car Series Midwest Region brings 360 winged sprint cars to Norfolk, running the Wyatt Frisch Memorial alongside the regular IMCA classes. That is the biggest night of the year for outright speed at the facility.

Sunoco Late Model nights give the late models a featured program, and the track works with the city calendar as well. During Norfolk’s Big Bang Boom weekend around the Fourth of July, the speedway has moved racing to Friday night so it lines up with the community celebration rather than competing against it.
